Speaking to a lady, son went missing two years ago; I suspect "missing" is the wrong word, given the circumstances. She agreed with my assessment.

Had a look at this "cheater Buster" that scans tinder profiles; it is not what it promises, gives strange results (apparently I'm "possibly" on tinder - I'm not). Multiple reviews report it as a scam.
Realistically, legally, you are limited to using a licensed private investigator to investigate a cheating partner (surveillance). The new coercive control laws limit most other options.

Is surveillance difficult; generally yes. Some people have a knack for it. Others should never have attempted it. Surveillance is the art of seeing without being seen, and recording supporting evidence. We have been doing this for decades.

Someone asked what most Townsville investigations are. Most are Workers Compensation related, for employers. Workcover has tied itself up in knots, with its restrictions, and treats the injured worker as the client, once the claim is accepted. The onus falls back on the employer to investigate.
Relationship investigations is the other area of inquiry that is often requested; it would be on par with family law investigations.

One of things we have to be careful about is not taking advantage of people with apparent mental illness; one of the troubles with this is that sometimes what appears to be mental illness isn't! Someone really is stalking them!!
