Art, light and the story of stone.

What happens when ancient materials meet contemporary art?

Head to Latrobe Regional Gallery and explore Geo-luminescence, an exhibition by artist Sarah Tomasetti that transforms lime, pigment and beeswax into beautiful works inspired by the natural world.

Drawing on the extraordinary journey of limestone, from the depths of the sea to the landscapes we see today, Tomasetti explores the relationship between water, stone, light and living things.

It’s a chance to slow down, look closer and see familiar natural materials in a whole new light.

Bring the family along for an afternoon of free, fun activities and entertainment, including:

🐴 Ride-on animals at the Traffic School

Parents and carers can also connect with local services and organisations that support children and families across Latrobe City.
