Retreats for Resorts™ has been developed through 26 years of experience in the retreat industry and brings together Resorts with a wide range of Retreat Facilitators. The Retreat Facilitators are all experts in their field, therefore presenting a unique bringing together of Resorts and expertly crafted retreats providing people on holidays with a wide choice of experiences tailored to their needs.
Retreats encompass many themes and topics but are often at the core of communication and culture.
They provide the opportunity for change in individuals lives and can enhance the participants experience of their business, personal or community interactions. To have this experience on a tropical island, mountain top ski resort, a desert camp or a beach side oasis will be a truly wonderful experience for guests and one which they will take away and talk to family, friends and colleagues about. The multiplier effect, word of mouth, has the potential of bringing others into the Resort to experience something unique themselves.
Retreats for Resorts™ values itself on:
● Transparency between all parties - Facilitator, Resort and The Retreat Specialists.
● Care for Culture - learning about the environment that we are staying in is important to us, practicing and giving back within the local community is a key component of our endeavour.
● Giving Back - Where practical we will ask the resort for a recommendation of a local charity, health or education facility to make a donation to.
● Open Communication - our interactions and negotiations with resorts are ones of mutual respect and open communication channels.
● Growth - facilitators are nurtured to further develop their own skills and learning.
● Connection - the guests experience while on a retreat is foremost in our mind and that the space is held for them to gain as much from the journey as possible.
● Best Practice Model of retreat facilitation
