Today's departees are off on a family adventure to Hollywood and Anaheim to visit Universal Studios and Disneyland.

While in Hollywood they are staying at one of my favourite hotels the Magic Castle Hotel. Along side the heated swimming pool there is the red popsicle phone, you just pick it up and in a matter of minutes your free popsicles appear. Not only do you get free popsicles there is also free chocolate, candy, chips, crackers, cookies, and popcorn 24-hours a day. Full-size candy bars (such as Kit Kat, Reese’s, SourPatch Kids, Snickers, M&Ms), chips (crisps), crackers, & cookies. After spending your days at Universal or exploring Hollywood they'll even do your washing at no charge They'll wash it, dry it, fold it, wrap it up with a sprig of lavender and deliver it back to your suite. How amazing are these amenities for a hotel???

From Hollywood it's straight to Anaheim to enjoy endless days exploring Disneyland. This Disney loving family will spend 8 days exploring every last inch of both parks, enjoying every ride at least once if not more with their lightning lane multi pass.

Today's departees are off on a quick little island hop through Penang and Langkawi before finishing up in Singapore for a special surprise birthday celebration.

Penang is famed throughout Asia for its mix of eastern cultures, Penang Island is Malaysia's prime melting pot. Roadside vendors serve some of the world's best street food, national parks offer white-sand beaches and wildlife; and UNESCO-listed George Town is full of colorful heritage houses.

Langkawi is well known for its pristine beaches, serene atmosphere, and backdrop of lush green landscape. Activities like a cable car ride, island hopping, trekking, and mangrove tours make Langkawi ideal for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Langkawi is less commercialised compared to other Asian destinations.
