Leven River Cruises - Ulverstone Tasmania

We had a wonderful afternoon cruise today. We experienced the beautiful Leven River in Ulverstone, before the windy weather set in. We had a most enjoyable cruise. 😊

We always appreciate when friends recommend our guests to do cruise Leven River Cruises - Ulverstone Tasmania when visiting Tassie or from local destinations too. 😃👩🏻‍✈️

So lovely to have you all on board and young Captain Archie was great! 😊

This afternoon was a breezy cruise, with sea eagle, swamp harrier being harassed by magpie, white morphed goshawk not far from the nest and many smaller birds enjoying the river banks.

Dean Hohn-Photo Artistry enjoyed his 71st cruise with us. I admire his supportive returns. Thankyou Dean.
Thank you to Lee and Elenor from Bruny Island and Collin and Charmaine from close by all came along to experience our bird watching cruise.

We enjoyed another cruise!

There’s something pretty special about welcoming guests back aboard Jus’Leven! 🚤💚

It was wonderful to have Anita and Steve return to enjoy the Leven River once again, but this time, they brought their friends Peter and Penelope along for the adventure!

👩🏻‍✈️🛥️Four happy travellers, plenty of laughs, beautiful river scenery and another special day out on the water. 🦅

We absolutely love seeing visitors from the mainland return to share the magic of the Leven with their friends and family.💕

Oh! That pesky feather, yuk it’s horrible like getting a hair in your mouth.

He spits out the feather and continues devouring the prey. 🧐 what is his prey?

Our white bellied sea eagle put on a fabulous display of eating its lunch. Not sure what bird it is eating, not much of it left to tell. He was so hungry he kept eating as we cruised on by. Captain Kim / providing river boat trips and cruises /Tasmania

Exciting cruise today, the focus was all on the white bellied sea eagle.

Just a few meters from us eating its lunch. He seemed very hungry, with his partner on the nest, we assumed he was taking a moment to feed himself.

He may have already been working hard collecting food for her while she is caring for the nest.

He was eating a bird, as he plucked away feathers from the prey.
