Glenorchy has space. Tolosa Park has a lot of pluses don’t you think? Disturbed ground, parking, room and access etc. Heading North/South for the first leg provides an amazing view down the river.

Running parallel to the path of the electricity corridor eliminates potential visual concerns around cable car towers and wires.
