What a lovely morning spent with a wonderful Lifestyle Village community here in the Fraser Coast Region ☀️🚌
We had the pleasure of hosting a relaxed morning tea and presentation showcasing what Down Under Coach Tours is all about — bringing people together through friendship, fun and unforgettable travel experiences.
We shared some of the exciting Day Trips, Musicals and Short Breaks we currently have on offer, along with a few sneak peeks of what’s coming up in the future 👀
One of the most enjoyable parts of the morning was discussing how we can also help design tours tailored specifically to the interests and wishes of community groups, lifestyle villages and seniors organisations. Whether it’s a scenic lunch outing, mystery day tour, musical experience, garden trail, shopping adventure or overnight getaway — we love creating memorable experiences people can enjoy together.
We are also very happy to visit Lifestyle Villages, Probus Clubs and Seniors Groups throughout the Fraser Coast Region to share more about our services and upcoming tours. And yes… we even bring along a lovely spread of delicious cakes and slices to enjoy over morning tea ☕🍰

Last week we took a wonderful group from our Fraser Coast community on one of our Mystery Tours… and what a day it turned out to be! 💛

From the moment we set off, the excitement built, no one quite sure where we were heading, but everyone ready for a great day out together.

✨ A delicious morning tea that truly impressed (think fresh scones, muffins & a little something sweet…)
✨ A scenic coastal drive through some of Queensland’s most beautiful hidden pockets
✨ Plenty of “Oh I remember this place!” moments mixed with “I’ve never been here before!”
✨ A relaxed and well-organised lunch enjoyed by all
✨ And of course… good company, great stories, and lots of laughs along the way

We even had one guest share that they were a little unsure at first… but by the end of the day said it was a fantastic experience filled with fond memories, beautiful views, and wonderful food.

We’re planning a fun day trip to Brisbane in early 2027 to see the smash-hit musical SIX at QPAC — and we’d love to know if this is something you’d enjoy!

This is not your traditional musical…
Think high-energy, pop concert-style theatre, where the six wives of Henry VIII take the stage in a bold, modern and entertaining production.

✨ Tour concept includes:
🚌 Return coach travel from Hervey Bay, Maryborough & Gympie
🎟️ Excellent theatre seating (subject to availability)
🎭 Approx. 80-minute show (no interval) — easy and enjoyable
