🎪 A Fabulous Afternoon at Cirque du Soleil – KOOZA! 🎪
What a wonderful afternoon we’ve had with our Down Under Coach Tours passengers experiencing the colour, excitement and incredible talent of Cirque du Soleil’s KOOZA! ✨
From the breathtaking acrobatics and daring performances to the humour, costumes and spectacular atmosphere, KOOZA certainly gave us plenty to talk about on the journey home!
But as always, one of the best parts of the day for us was simply hosting our lovely passengers aboard heart 💙
There’s something very special about a coach full of people heading off together for a day out — the conversations, the laughter, catching up with familiar faces and welcoming those travelling with us for the first time 💜
Thank you to everyone who joined us today. We hope you enjoyed KOOZA as much as we enjoyed sharing the experience with you.

❤️ Day 22 of 22 – The Journey Home ❤️
Well, our final day together was spent trying to believe that our incredible 22day Outback Queensland & Central Australia adventure had really come to an end!
What a wonderful journey it has been, filled with so many special moments, plenty of laughs, spectacular scenery, fascinating places and, most importantly, wonderful people. We’ve travelled many kilometres together and created memories and friendships that will last long after the coach has arrived home. ✨
It was lovely to arrive home a little earlier than usual yesterday, something that was certainly appreciated by many! 🏡
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who travelled with us and helped make this 22 day journey so memorable. It has been an absolute pleasure sharing this incredible part of Australia with you.
And so, after 22 amazing days, we say goodbye for now…
Until our next adventure, safe travels, happy memories, and may the road always lead you somewhere wonderful. 🚌❤️🇦🇺

Day 21 of 22 – Our Final Full Day Together 🚌❤️
Today marked our final full day of travelling together as a group as we made our way from Tamworth to Toowoomba.
We had hoped to begin the day with a visit to the Oxley Scenic Lookout on Bald Hill, but unfortunately it was closed. Instead, we continued on to Barraba, where we enjoyed a relaxing morning tea before making our way to The Shed at Goat Rock.
There, Vicki and Amanda welcomed us with a wonderful home-cooked lunch – the perfect country stop and another lovely experience to add to the many memories we’ve made along the way.
After lunch, we continued our journey north to Toowoomba, where we settled in for our final night together.
This evening was a little bittersweet as we shared our very last dinner as a group. After 21 days on the road together, there was plenty of laughter, storytelling and reminiscing about the incredible places we’ve visited, the experiences we’ve shared and the friendships strengthened along the way.
Tomorrow we begin the final leg home, bringing our 22-day Outback Queensland & Central Australia adventure to a close. What an unforgettable journey it has been! ❤️🚌🇦🇺
I can also make Day 22 a special “homeward bound/final farewell” post that wraps up the whole 22-day adventure beautifully.

Day 20 of 22 – Cobar to Tamworth
Today we departed Cobar under much milder morning conditions than the previous day. Before leaving town, we made a brief stop at the historic Old Cobar Mine for a photo opportunity before continuing our journey towards Tamworth.
We enjoyed a relaxing morning tea break in Nyngan, followed by lunch in Coonabarabran. Along the way, we were treated to the colourful sight of several beautifully painted silos and water towers, adding vibrant character to the rural landscape and making the drive even more enjoyable.
As we continue our journey home, it's wonderful to reflect on the many incredible places we've visited and the special memories we've created together. 🚍🌾😊

Day 19 of 22 – Broken Hill to Cobar
This Thursday morning we farewelled the frosty temperatures of Broken Hill and travelled to Wilcannia, where we enjoyed a relaxing morning tea before continuing on to Cobar, the historic copper mining town that boomed during the late 1800s.
On arrival, we were treated to a delicious lunch at the Great Cobar Museum before taking time to explore its fascinating displays and learn about the town's rich mining heritage. Later, we visited Fort Bourke Hill Lookout, where we enjoyed spectacular panoramic views across the enormous open-cut mine and the township of Cobar.
As another wonderful day came to a close, we gathered for dinner, sharing plenty of laughter, great conversation and the special camaraderie that makes travelling together such a pleasure.
Only three days to go, but we're making the most of every moment on this incredible journey. ❤️
