NEWS ALERT: WE HAVE RE-OPENED.
With borders around the country slowly opening up and State Governments indicating their road map out of a COVID world, Pangaea Travel has re-opened we are ready to go.
We have spent the last three weeks getting ourselves up to speed with the numerous changes that have happened in our industry and most importantly understanding how travel insurance is effected by COVID.
We would love to speak with you and plan your next trip whether that be the Euro 2022 summer, Japan cherry blossom in March 2022 or a visit home to see relatives.

Thank you to all our wonderful clients who have keep in touch with us over the most difficult of periods. It means a lot and we will forever be grateful. Over the coming weeks, there will be some exciting changes to our website, but its full steam ahead and we cannot wait to speak with you and help you plan your next trip away.

Whilst it’s been one of the most difficult years for our industry we are very appreciative to everyone who has given us a call to simply check in and see how we are going. What 2021 will bring know one knows, but let’s hope we can re-open our doors and begin booking those amazing holidays for you all.

What an awesome farewell qantas did for the queen of the skies today #747. I’ve been lucky enough to fly numerous times in the Queen and it is by far one one of the best planes to have ever taken the skies.

It is great to see the first passenger plane since early March arriving into Adelaide next Tuesday the 9th. Singapore airlines was the first airline to start daily flights into Adelaide and is the first to begin passenger services since the pandemic started. They will operate a once a week flight for now into Adelaide and back to Singapore.
Please note there is still a Level 4 travel ban in place and these passenger flights are those who want to return home to Australia or return to their home country. Great sign to see some sort of normality slowly coming to the aviation and travel industry.

Travel agents have been copping a lot of flack in the media over the past couple of days. I would like to assure you, we are not holding any of our clients money. We have been fortunate enough to be able to get refunds for nearly all our clients with only a select few held on credit with suppliers, and I am happy to say we are passing this on in FULL. These are hard times for everyone and I have taken the position to pass this back in full to our clients with no cancellation charges from us.
We really appreciate all the kind messages and calls over the past couple of weeks, it has made our job much easier knowing our clients care about us. No timeframe has been made on when we will re open and start taking bookings again but by god can we not wait to tell you all. Stay safe everyone

A very rare site. Check out all the aircraft scattered at various airports due to the travel restrictions. They’re effectively occupying any space they can get.

Hope everyone is staying safe and taking care of their loved ones.
