In 2018, the Richardson family purchased a block of land in Walkerville, Victoria and will be building a family holiday rental.

The finished house will be double story and have 4 bedrooms (2 masters with king beds and 2 bunk rooms with 4 sets of bunk beds) and will sleep 12 comfortably. Two families will easily be able to enjoy the facilities without feeling cramped.

The second story will have a large decking which will overlook sweeping farm lands and will have views of wind farms in the distance, this decking will have a BBQ area and kitchenette.

Some of Victoria’s most beautiful beaches are a couple of minute drive away, or a 25-minute walk away through the beautiful Cape Liptrap Coastal Park.
