I’m excited to share that I’ve officially completed my CLIA Cruise Masters accreditation.

Cruise Masters is one of the highest levels of cruise industry training offered through CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), recognising advanced cruise knowledge, experience, and ongoing professional development across ocean, river, expedition, and luxury cruising.

Fewer than 2% of retail travel agents achieve CLIA Master status, so I’m incredibly proud to be part of this specialist group.

For my clients, this means you have access to expert guidance when navigating the many cruise options available today. From choosing the right cruise line, ship, cabin, and itinerary, to understanding what’s truly included and what best suits your travel style, I help simplify the process and ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned.

Middle East Travel Update

I am closely monitoring the rapidly evolving situation in the Middle East following the recent US and Israel military actions involving Iran and the subsequent responses.

There are currently significant disruptions to airspace and commercial flight operations across parts of the region. Several countries have temporarily restricted or closed airspace, and a number of airlines are cancelling, delaying or rerouting services as a precaution.

I understand that news like this can feel unsettling, particularly if you have travel booked in the region or are transiting through affected hubs.

If you are travelling within the next 72 hours, please contact me directly so I can prioritise your booking and provide the most up-to-date information specific to your itinerary.

If your travel is beyond the next 72 hours, I kindly ask that you hold off on contacting me for now. The situation is evolving rapidly, and airline policies and routing decisions are changing daily. At this stage, it is often too early for airlines to offer definitive options for later departures. Please be assured I am actively monitoring official advisories and airline updates and will reach out proactively if your booking is impacted.
