Look at this old photo of Lake Pertobe.

The days when everything at Lake Pertobe was made from treated pine, 1980.

This great summer shot also captures the seaside carnival in the background, either being set up or perhaps packed up.

We always enjoy old photos of Lake Pertobe, which has been completely transformed over the past 50 years and remains one of the most popular places in Warrnambool.

Everything is fine. Just a bit of water backed up as the Merri river mouth has been closed. It's now open but may take a few months to trickle out.
We're on sabbatical/CLOSED and will reopening during the September School Holidays.

This is looking dicey regarding whether we trade this coming long weekend.
The Merri River is backed up. A small trickle is going into the ocean but it's fairly slow.
