Just like you, our journey started with a dream of sleeping underneath the African skies, meeting its friendly people, and viewing wildlife the way nature intended - unscripted, unfenced, and untouched. After many safaris and adventures across Africa we felt it was time to share our experiences with the world and take people on the safaris that opened our eyes to this great continent, hence the st

You might occasionally see an animal wearing a collar in the wild and wonder why. Usually it is probable that the animal is part of a long term study so that we can learn about animal behaviour or the development of the genetics and development of the local population. Rarely it might have been determined that the individual is at risk of straying into neighbouring farmland, tempted by livestock. In that case a team might be deployed to chase the animal back to the wild or even to capture and return it. But these collars are never for the benefit of tourists. The GPS location is never shared with or accessible by safari guides.

Australians should not lose the protection of their travel insurance simply because they transit through an airport in the Middle East.

An airside transit of a few hours is fundamentally different from entering and travelling within a country. Yet under the current Level 4 "Do Not Travel" advisories, many Australians face uncertainty about their travel insurance coverage when connecting through major Middle Eastern airports on their way to Africa, Europe, India and other destinations.

The United Kingdom, Germany and France already recognise this distinction. Australia should do the same.

We support 's call for the Australian Government to review these advisories and distinguish between airport transit and travel within a destination country.

Minister Penny Wong - Senator for SA and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Australian travellers deserve clarity, consistency and confidence when travelling overseas.

Who said cheetahs don’t climb trees? We’re used to leopards in trees but not cheetahs. The feat is even more remarkable given that cheetahs don’t have retractable claws; they are always extended, like dogs.
