EOI - 12month on property lease due to rider going overseas
Located - Williamtown, NSW

Lad is a 15.2hh thoroughbred gelding. 10 years old. Very quiet easy going gelding, great to handle and quiet to ride. Can be taken out on his own, or in a group with no issues. Does not require lunging before riding. Has potential to be a serious dressage prospect. Has had some experience jumping, potential to go further. Has been on several outings with no problems, to dressage days, jump day, clinics and trail riding. He is good to float, shoe, clip and worm and has absolutely no nasties (bolt, buck, kick, bite). Lad would also make a hunter/hack prospect and is eligible for equimillions later this year. No beginners.

I am very grateful and I am sure all our agistees are too .
A dry arena to ride in today, a dam which filled up over night from half full to full , and paddocks which whilst wet , are draining due to the many drains we have dug over the past 20 years.
With over 130ml of rain our flat property is doing incredibly well, serving the horses and their owners.
