SAVE THIS ONE for your next Waterfall Way road trip

🥾 Distance: 3.2km return
⏱️ Time: Approx. 1–1.5 hours
🌿 Grade: 2
💦 Best bit: You can walk BEHIND the waterfall
🌉 Also: Suspension bridge directly in front of the falls
🐕 Dog friendly: No — National Park
🚗 Parking: Dorrigo Rainforest Centre, 142 Dome Road, Dorrigo Mountain

If there’s one thing Dorrigo knows how to do, it’s waterfalls… and this one is bloody beautiful.

Crystal Shower Falls takes you through lush subtropical rainforest before you reach a suspension bridge with the falls dropping right in front of you. But the coolest part? Follow the little side track and you can actually walk into the rocky cavern behind the waterfall and watch the water fall in front of you. 🌿

The walk is officially 3.2km return from the Dorrigo Rainforest Centre, and if you want to make a bigger adventure of it, Crystal Shower Falls forms part of the 6.6km Wonga Walk, which also takes you past Tristania Falls and through some seriously impressive rainforest.

⚠️ CURRENT ACCESS INFO: There is currently a temporary access change due to the Lyrebird Link track closure. Access to the Wonga Walk is via a short but steep and uneven detour, so check NSW National Parks alerts before heading out.

Definitely one to add to the NSW adventure list. 🤌🏼

There are weeks, days and moments we’ll never get back.

One day, without even knowing it, we’ll see a place for the last time. Say goodbye to someone for the last time. Feel a certain way for the last time.
We never really know when something’s time is up.

So take the photo. Go on the adventure. Stay a little longer. Say what you need to say. Soak it all up while you can.

Because sometimes you don’t realise something was the last time until it already was. 🤍

Imagine if one day these weren’t just my adventure photos.

There’s no fancy campaign here. It’s just me, the places I’ve actually explored, the ridiculous things I’ve climbed, swum, paddled and somehow talked myself into… reimagined as something bigger.
And Maybe it’s a bit of a dream.
But every good adventure has to start somewhere right?

If dreams were reality… maybe one day these won’t be mock campaigns.

Was it practical? Absolutely not.
Was the view worth it? 100%.

Sometimes the unplanned adventures end up being the bloody best ones.

📍 Pasadena, Church Point

If you’re heading into Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park for a hike and need a snack, this is such a good spot to add to the day.

Right on the water, plenty of outdoor seating, palm trees, good food and those cruisy waterfront vibes that hit VERY differently after a few kms on the trails 😂

And even if you’re not hiking, it’s worth the trip for the oysters, vibes and views alone. 👌

Definitely one I’ll be stopping at again.

Maybe the most dangerous thing a woman can become is completely comfortable with belonging to herself.

To disappear when she wants to.
To wander without needing permission.
To choose the life that makes her feel alive, even when nobody else understands it.

There’s a freedom in becoming a little harder to find.

A little harder to know.

And maybe that’s exactly how I like it.
