We were blessed with clear blue skies and crisp morning air for the final session of our Become an Active Hiker program.
Conditions were perfect for putting into practice all the lessons learned over the past three weeks. There were ascents and descents, stairs and hills, plus opportunities to practise using hiking poles while reinforcing the importance of pacing, strength, and endurance.
At Women’s Fitness Adventures, we are passionate about teaching and training women, and when the opportunity arises, taking them on amazing adventures. Along the way, often without even realising it, connections are made and friendships are built through the simple joy of being out on the trails.
