The weather tried to make things miserable this morning with a bit of rain around, but the boys pushed through and got the job done in the end. plenty of laughs and memories made along the way. šŸ‘ŒšŸ”„

The riverā€™s alive, the laughs are flowing, and the fish have been turning it on for the boys. Early mornings, good mates, bent rods and memories thatā€™ll stick around long after the tripā€™s over.

The lads are locked in for a four-day adventure on the Fitzroy River chasing these hard-fighting barra and threadies. Plenty of laughs, good times, and even better fishing ahead. Stay tuned, the river is firing! šŸ‘ŒšŸŸ

The mornings are starting to cool down out on the riverā€¦ jumpers are out, and fogging up before sunrise ā„ļøšŸŽ£.

But thatā€™s alright by us, because this time of year the banana prawns are in thick ā€” and the barra and threadfin just canā€™t resist a big juicy prawn getting flicked past them šŸ¦šŸ”„

šŸ’„ Had an awesome couple of days on the water with the crew from Biloela who made the trip to Rockhampton to fish the mighty Fitzroy River!

The guys were keen to take home a nice fresh feed for their families out west, and the river definitely delivered. Plenty of laughs, good fishing, and great memories made along the way.
