A Self-Kindness Workshop for Dealing with Negative Self-Talk

While this workshop is designed with a focus on supporting those of us who experience negative or critical self-talk, it recognises that not everyone may relate to that language or be in that space right now. Even so, you may still find something here that speaks to you – whether it is a new perspective, a gentle reminder, or simply the comfort of being a reflective and supportive space with others.

Wherever you are on your journey you are welcome.

Friday, September 19, 10am-1pm Beach Day Out - Emu Park all-ages, all-accessible beach party in Emu Park, designed to include people with disabilities and recognise their contribution to our rich community tapestry.
U-Beach: Universal Beach ACcess Hub providing beach wheelchairs and support to access the beach for those keen to get to the beach and splash some ocean water on the body!

🐚 Enjoy beach games, stalls, entertainment, and free activities, all inclusive and welcoming to everyone.

💦 Public toilets at Bell Park, Emu Park AND additional disability portable toilets.

💦 Emu Park Lions Shack converted into a disability change room, providing a height-adjustable bed, hoist and support.

If you’re heading to Sunset Sessions at Great Keppel Island with your vessel this weekend, please be mindful a No Anchorage Zone on Fisherman Beach will be in place from:

This helps keep the waterway safe, ensures ferries can operate smoothly, and reduces risks on the night.
