• A signed liability waiver is required from each participant before participating in this activity.
• All guests must adhere to Aruba's Traffic Laws, and seat belts must be worn at all times.
• Children under the age of 12-years are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• This activity can be bumpy as we
ride through off-road terrain.
• This activity includes a swim stop.
• This activity is not recommended for guests who suffer from motion sickness.
• This activity is not recommended for guests who are pregnant, have neck, back, joint, muscular or any other type of injuries, should not participate in this activity.
• Trecca Tours will not be responsible for any damages or loss of your unattended belongings.
• We will not tolerate any form of misbehavior or violence against any passengers on board nor our crew. If we feel that our safety or the safety of our passengers are at any danger whatsoever, we will stop the trip immediately.
• It is okay to bring your personal belongings with you. However, we encourage you to take extra care and precautions at all times especially with your cell phone. Trecca Tours will not be responsible for any damages or loss of your unattended belongings.
