SYSLAB Baku Center Systems Laboratory for Innovation and Employment Culture
SYSLAB is to be seen as a company in terms of culture as well as structure.

The SYSLAB concept must never be termed a "course". It is important to the end result that the participants themselves consider that they are coming to work and not going on a course. A working environment is to be created which provides recent graduates in particular with relevant work experience where the same demands are made at SYSLAB as in any other company. Right from day 1 the participants

must be required to take part in the day-to-day running of the company and, not least, in further developing SYSLAB. As well as SYSLAB being seen as a workplace internally by the participants, it is important that SYSLAB is also seen as a professional company externally by the business community. Success in this respect will be demonstrated by the number of company visits, the number of development projects from business and industry and the vacant posts which the companies wish to fill with SYSLAB participants.
