About Electronic Visas:
Starting from March 2013 New Visa procedures have been implied in Azerbaijan. The Electronic Visa procedures advantages are the low cost, no need to submit any original documents, no need to stand in lines or make appointments at embassies and the speed of the process. Once e-visa is obtained you get it as a PDF attachment directly to your email. Afterwards you simply need to present it together with your travel document at the passport control upon arrival to Azerbaijan.
The following documents are required in order to obtain an e-visa:
1. A scanned copy of your passport
2. A scanned copy of your flight ticket
3. Hotel reservation
4. A scanned photo size 3X4
5. A scanned filled up and signed
You should send all the necessary documents to our email [email protected]
Important notes:
1. E-visas are issued within 10-15 working days it’s highly advised to refer us for a visa at least 30 days in advance.
2. Our company is not responsible for visa rejections by the MFA of Azerbaijan.
3. Passport should be valid at least for 6 month after the Entry date to Azerbaijan and contains free pages.
Please be informed that if you have visited the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan Occupied by the Republic of Armenia your visa application might be rejected by the MFA.

E-TICKET
Air ticket is the document confirming the conclusion of the Contract between a passenger and airlines for air transportation of the passenger and his/her luggage. Before purchasing an air ticket the passenger should become familiar with its conditions, because according to the international law norms a passenger purchasing an air ticket is considered to have become familiar and agreed with the contract conditions.
Electronic air ticket
Electronic passenger ticket is the air ticket in the electronic form which is offered instead of the traditional paper ticket and which makes your flight preparation easy and comfortable. All the information is safely stored electronically in the airline’s special database. The passenger is given a print-out of the e-ticket (Passenger Itinerary Receipt) containing the information about the passenger, route, price, payment, sale office etc. Electronic air ticket – just as its paper version – is the official document confirming the conclusion of contract between a passenger and airlines for air transportation of the passenger and his/her luggage.
