❂ Electronic Tourist Visa Azerbaijan ❂

✍ What are the conditions?
The Azerbaijan e-Visa is issued with the following conditions:

• e-Visa is a single entry tourist visa. It is intended to facilitate visa for tourists.
• You must use Azerbaijan e-Visa from your intended date of arrival. the e-Visa will expire and you will have to apply again and pay another fee ).
• Your e-Visa will be valid for the amount of days you choose on your visa application.
• You are free to choose the duration of stay up to 30 days, However your duration of stay must equal the hotel reservation days.
• We strongly recommend that you not overstay prior to expiry of your authorized period of stay.
• If you stay beyond the duration of stay date, even if only for a few days, the holder of the passport will be fined up to 300 EUR for each day during the first 3 days of the delay, (fines can be paid at the airports or borders). If the delay is more than 3 days, in addition to the fine, the holder will be deported.

✍ How long does it take?

Approval of an application is not given immediately. Applications take within 7-15 business days to process. We will inform you by email when a decision has been made. If your visa gets approved we will send it to you. Once your application is approved, you can print a copy of the approval to carry with you when you travel. When you arrive in Azerbaijan, your electronic visa will be accessible to the passport officer who greets you.

✍ How to apply?

To get Azerbaijan Electronic visa you need to send us the following documents:

✔ Step 1
• A clear copy of Passport (with validity at least 6 months)
• A copy of Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
• A copy of round-trip ticket (Flight or Train)
• A clear taken photo (3 x 4 cm). (JPEG format)
Notes on photo:
Photo must be identical, taken within the past 6 months.
Photo must be full face, front view with a plain white or off-white background.
Uniforms should not be worn in photographs with the exception of religious attire which is worn daily.

✔ Step 2

• Print the E-visa application form posted below as PDF form
• Fill out the application form by hand
• Scan it clearly
• Send it back to us.

✍ What if my application is not approved?

If your application is not approved, we will inform you with official letter.
Note that e-Visa application fee is non-refundable: If your visa is refused, the visa application fee is not refundable. If you want to re-apply you can do so, but must follow the process and resubmit the new application and visa fee.
