বাংলাদেশের পর্যটন শিল্পের অন্যতম প্রধান সংগঠন ট্যুর অপারেটরস অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ (TOAB)-কে আরও আধুনিক, গতিশীল, স্বচ্ছ, জবাবদিহিমূলক এবং সদস্যবান্ধব প্রতিষ্ঠানে রূপান্তরের লক্ষ্য নিয়ে আমরা "কনশাস–রিলায়েন্স ফোরাম" আপনাদের সামনে একটি বাস্তবভিত্তিক, সময়োপযোগী ও কার্যকর নির্বাচনী কর্মপরিকল্পনা উপস্থাপন করছি।
আমাদের লক্ষ্য শুধুমাত্র নেতৃত্ব প্রদান নয়; বরং ইনবাউন্ড, আউটবাউন্ড ও ডোমেস্টিক পর্যটনের সমন্বিত উন্নয়নের মাধ্যমে সদস্যদের ব্যবসায়িক সক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি, আন্তর্জাতিক সংযোগ সম্প্রসারণ এবং বাংলাদেশের পর্যটন শিল্পকে আরও শক্তিশালী অবস্থানে নিয়ে যাওয়া।
আমরা বিশ্বাস করি — একটি ঐক্যবদ্ধ, প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর ও পেশাদার TOAB-ই পারে দেশের পর্যটন শিল্পকে নতুন উচ্চতায় পৌঁছে দিতে।

With the aim of transforming Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), one of the leading organizations in the tourism industry of Bangladesh, into a more modern, dynamic, transparent, accountable and member-friendly organization, we, "Conscious-Reliance Forum", are presenting a realistic, timely and effective election action plan before you.
Our goal is not only to provide leadership; but also to increase the business capacity of members through the integrated development of inbound, outbound and domestic tourism, expand international connectivity and take the tourism industry of Bangladesh to a stronger position.
We believe that a united, technology-based and professional TOAB can take the country's tourism industry to new heights.
