Tindu is a village of Thanchi Upazila under Bandarban District. It is known as an attractive tourist destination for adventure-loving tourists. Sky, fog, cloud, river, stones, hills, waterfall, forest, blue green water and mystery thrillers fear – if you want to get all of these at a time, then you should go to Tindu. Two corridors have gone on the two sides of Tindu and all day long from those, water comes out with crystal clean flows. The biggest feature is, in the rainy season clouds can be touched on the boat. A white-black museum of water and stone is formed around this village. It is an area of clouds, area of fogs, a land of rocky water.

HOW TO GO:

Thanchi Upazila is 82 km away from Bandarban city. There is regular bus service available from Bandarban to Thanchi. After reaching Thanchi, tourists can go to Tindu by engine boat ride which will take two hours and twenty minutes.

Bangladesh is a riverine country and about so many rivers flow throughout the country. Shilchori river is one of them which is a tributary of Karnafuli river. It’s in Chittagong district and near to Kaptai. The river’s length is about 1.3 km starting from northern area of Sitapahar Uttolvongo and then falls into Karnafuli river near Shilchori Bazar. The tourists can enjoy the river as it has ceaseless stream of water. The river is surrounded by long green trees and bushes which increase the beauty of the river.

Lalakhal – Sylhet

Lalakhal is situated in Jointapur Upazila about 35 km away from Sylhet city. The location of Lalakhal is just below the Cheraponji of India. This river is originated from Cheraponji hill and flows through the Bangladesh. This is very suitable place to feel the nature very closely. If you go in full moon you never forget the lovely moonlight. You can see the lot of turning in Lalakhal River. Those are beautiful. If you look at the hill, it seems someone decorated those one by one with his own hand. Cloud are frozen on the hills. If you look at closely, the clouds are tied up and stuck on hills together. Sometimes suddenly it would be unsighted within a moment.

The part of lalakhal near Tamabil Road name Shari River. The most attractive and interesting thing of this river is various color of water. Water of different part of this river be different such as blue, green and crystal. You can reach Lalakhal by boat or speed boat on the crystal water of Shari River. Oh! How crystal the water of Shari, you can see the bottom of the river. You can never back your eyes from this unimaginable scene. Beautiful Lalakhal is more beautiful at night. As there has no resident to stay for tourist, so you have to back Sylhet before night. But you can hire a boat to hangout. The surrounding of Lalakhal in twilight is so much lovely. Why will you miss it?

Bangladesh is the country of beautiful nature. But Bangladesh is a country that most people skip on their Asian backpacking trip, and it’s a real shame. Sandwiched between 2 backpacking hotspots, India and Thailand some people are forgot that there are so many beautiful places are available in Bangladesh with exotic beaches, hills, forests and other natural areas, coupled with modern facilities. In Bangladesh there are many attractions for the tourists around Dhaka city, Cox's Bazar, Chittagong, Sylhet, Sundarban etc. Today I am going to write about some beautiful destinations.

1) Dhaka
Bangladesh’s capital city is an important tourist spot for everyone visiting this country, mainly for the historic significance of the places in and around this city. The most important attractions of Dhaka are the Mughal fort complex “Lalbagh”, palace of Dhaka Nawab families “Ahsan Manzil”, monument remembering the brave warriors fighting and giving their lives for the Bengali language “Shaheed Minar”, and the national assembly of Bangladesh “Jatiya Sangshad”.

2) Cox`s bazaar
Cox`s bazar is the world longest sandy sea beach with line of mountain. This beach now hot in the tourism world. Most of the tourist wish to visit cox`s bazar. Cox`s bazar have the hundreds of world class international five star residential hotels. You can search on Google or see the Wikipedia for more information about unbroken and 155 km longest awesome sea Beach of Bay Of Bengal Sea in Bangladesh. 3) Saint Martin
Saint. Martin Island is another coral island in the world. You can drink the fresh coconut juice from st`martin island. Saint Martin Island is famous for coconut trees.

4) Rangamati
Rangamati is the hill track district in Bangladesh. Many of the people are Buddhist here. This district famous for the sky touching mountain, Water Lake and hanging pool.

5) Khagrachar
Another`s hills district in Bangladesh. Famous for water fall, many of the tourist spot, tea garden, orange garden, hills way road and Hills River.

6) Bandarban
Bandarban is the biggest mountain district in the Chittagong division. Many of the mountain river are located here. You can enjoy deep jungle place in hills.

7) Sundarban
Sundarban is the world biggest and natural mangrove forest. Located in bank of bay of sea in southern Bangladesh. This forest famous for the royal Bengal tiger. Nice and awesome forest in the world. The world listed this to after the Amazon jungle.

8) Rajshahi
City which once produced silk that was sold all over the globe, is now an education hub and tourism center. Even today, tourists are mostly visiting the state bazaars (malls) where specialized silk fabrics are sold. Rajshai is also very famous for mangoes. In addition, it also has a large zoo which is very famous among children.

9) Mymensingh
Nakshikantha is the name of a handcrafted by people of Mymensingh, which is very favorite of tourists. In addition, it also has the famous Moimonsingho Geetika, an ancient rural ballad.The Alexandar Castle in Mymensingh is visited by many tourists, as it has connection with world leaders such as Mahatma Gandhi, Subhash Chandra Bose and many others.Mymensingh is situated in the banks of the great river of Brahmaputra and tourists can enjoy a scenic boat ride on this which is a unique experience.

10) Durgasagar
You might have seen many places in Bangladesh, but nothing will give the most wonderful experience like, Durgasagar gives. This place is also known as Madhabpasha Dighi which is located near the port of Barisal.

11) Somapura Mahavihara
This is a beautiful site which is a must to visit, if you like places of archeological importance. It is believed to be built in the 4th century and currently it is located in the Paharpur area of Bangladesh. It is a quadrangular structure with 177 cells with a Buddhist stupa in the middle. These rooms were actually used by monks to stay and meditate.

Shimul Garden, Taherpur, Sunamgonj

‘Shimul Garden’ is situated in the Jadukata river banks taking over 100 bighas of land in Tahirpur, Sunamganj. The garden also contains lemon trees. It appears like a field of Bombax that has been decorated by imaginary colors. The cloudy Mountains of India on the other side, Jadukata Nodi in between, and a forest of Bombax trees on this side, all together makes up an extraordinary spiritual display of nature. The garden was built 14 years ago on 2400 decimals of land by a rich businessman, named Jaynal Abedin, because of his personal desire. In spring, it catches the eyes of the tourists when the flowers bloom together in over 2000 trees.

When to go there:

The bloodstream beauty of the Shimul Garden can be enjoyed only one month of every year. You can see the trees covered in flower only if you go in the month of Falgun (February)


How to go there:

You can take Ena, Shemoli, or Mamun bus to reach Sunamganj from Dhaka, paying a fare of about 500 Taka. Alternatively, you can take the 9.50 PM train from Dhaka to Sylhet, paying a fare of 320 Taka. But you must book your ticket 1-2 day before, from the station or online. You will reach Sylhet by dawn. Then take the bus to Sunamganj from Kumargaon bus-stand. The fare will be 90 Taka and it will take 2 hours to reach there.

After reaching Sunamganj, hire one of the motorbikes standing on the opposite side of the new bridge to your next destination, Barek Tila River. It will take about 150-200 Taka and 2 person can ride in it. The bike will drop you in Jadukata River and you have to pay 5 Taka to reach the other side by ferry to the Barek Tila River. Ask any of the local tea stores there and they will show you the direction to the Shimul Garden. From there, you can easily walk to reach your destination.

The garden is a private property. So get permission before entering and do not do any such work that will make the garden dirty.

Highlands with evergreen forests are found in the northeastern and southeastern regions of the country. Bangladesh has many islands and a coral reef. The second longest unbroken sea beach of the world, Cox's Bazar Beach, is located in the southeast. It is home to the Sundarbans, the largest mangrove forest in the world. The country's biodiversity includes a vast array of plant and wildlife, including endangered Bengal tigers, the national animal.

Bangladesh is a middle power and a developing nation. Listed as one of the Next Eleven, its economy ranks 43rd in terms of nominal gross domestic product and 29th in terms of purchasing power parity. It is one of the largest textile exporters in the world. Its major trading partners are the European Union, the United States, China, India, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. With its strategically vital location between South, East and Southeast Asia, Bangladesh is an important promoter of regional connectivity and cooperation.

Tetulia or Tentulia also known as "The City of Dream" is an Upazila of Panchagarh District in the Division of Rangpur, Bangladesh. The cultivation of tea, orange and pineapple is abundant in Tetulia.
