By the introduction of our agency’s bike guide, I was on the way that The Pyinmanar Sugar Factory exists in the eastern part of Pyinmanar Township by passing through the villages; the view of water falling with the great momentum from Awayar Dam makes my mind delightful and fresh.
As my Geographical knowledge, that Deep Forest Area would be very beautiful which is surrounded by high mountain ranges. But in reality, I was feeling bad of seeing the place was just extremely dry with bald hills.
In my childhood life, our family wasn’t enough to stand with just my parents’ salaries for (4) family members’ livelihoods as we were based class people. Our parents who are interested in gardening grew flowers, fruits trees and vegetables to get extra incomes. Then, I was also an assistant gardener who cleaned the w**d, who watered the plants and who sold the flowers, fruits and vegetables in the market which is 7 miles far away from home by bike.
I might not even imagine wearing a good watch and attending the high school by riding a Thai made bicycle without that extra income from our small garden. So, I regard the trees as my Second Parents which fulfill my needs. This is the priceless acceptance on the trees.
Then, the place with bald hills and the dead soil just full of tropical bushes was a right place to grow the trees to do reforestation for a woman who loves the trees.
At first, the local people were so poor: they even didn't have the enough water to use, they cut down the trees for firewoods & for daily incomes and non of them have the concept to grow the trees back.
But now, we could educated them to love the trees and to grow more trees by giving them a talk on "How much the trees are effecive for the environments ".
Their present incomes are now from us by cultivating the trees and they are happy with enough drinking water with our water well which is donated by our Manie Sithu Travel agency and some of my friends. As the region is no electric city, we just could donate them only the drinking water because fuel oil for the water-compressor is (100 USD per month) and just pay only by me.
I have been trying enthusiastically to be a small forest which is composed by (10, 000) teak trees.
The teak-trees, the treasure of the country make the air fresh of its environment; better the surrounding weather & the best hard wood for the furniture, buildings and etc….
The dark green teak trees which have been passing four rainy seasons are now about (15 to 20) feet. So, we can feel the climate of the environment around the teak trees are changing such as getting enough rain in the rainy seasons and decreasing the high temperature in the hot seasons.
As the perspective of a Tour company owner cm nature lover, the place is now beautiful enough to invite the tourists and my friends so I want to say “STAY IN MY FIELD OF DREAM!”
