• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance or full payment.
• All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, and transport.

• Advance payment is mandatory.
• Last-minute bookings require full payment.
• Package prices may change without prior notice due to airline fare, hotel rate, government tax, visa fee, supplier cost, or USD exchange rate fluctuations.
3️⃣ Cancellation & Refund
• Advance payment is **Non-Refundable** after booking confirmation.
• Cancellation charges will apply according to airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
• Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after receiving refunds from suppliers.
4️⃣ Changes & Modifications
• Any request for changes must be made at least **7 days** before departure.
• Additional charges may apply.
5️⃣ Travel Documents
• Passport must have a minimum validity of **6 months**.
• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and all required travel documents.
