📃Responsibilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.To lead and oversee a construction project. Create a project time frame, distribute resources, and ensure timely completion. Collaborate with Engineers & Architects of the Project & coordinatin with management & Directors.

💥Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
📍Diploma/BSc
🔥$300-$350 Weekly Salary.
📃Responsibilities:
Study drawings, specifications, take-off quantities and Bill of Quantities, pricing & Tender Submission. Keep a tab on costing during ress etc.

💥Draftsman.
📍Diploma & Autocad
🔥$250-$300 Weekly Salary.
📃Responsibilities:
Go through tender drawings & specifications. Calculations to create various technical drawings. Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems. Calculations for materials and weight limitations, Liaising with consultants etc. Prepare shop drawings & as builds drawings for the ongoing projects.

💥Foreman/Supervisor (General).
📍Read & understand drawing & planning.
🔥$8-$12 Hourly Salary.
📃Responsibilities:
Go through tender drawings & specifications. Calculations to create various technical drawings. Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
