Porimoni’s wild adventure
With a new film, Adventure of Sundarban, on the loop, popular actors Siam and Porimoni are set to work together again. The government grant-winning film is an adaptation from the novel, Ratuler Raat, Ratuler Din by Dr Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, and it is being directed by Abu Raihan Jewel. The film is scripted by Jakaria Showkhin. Porimoni said, "I got to know about this project when the director contacted me, but, due to many circumstances, I never got the time to make this happen. However, I am finally being able to work for this film. I really liked the story, and look forward to the shooting for the rest of the film." Siam said, "I once got the opportunity to meet Muhammad Zafar Iqbal sir during a school picnic. I wanted to reach out to him. Back then, I somehow missed the chance. This film is like a dream project for me because I am getting to work for a film based on one of his novels. I believe I will achieve something new after completing the work."

Meghla Mukta’s Punch
Meghla Mukta is the first Bangladeshi actor to appear in a Telegu film. She will be seen next in a Bangladeshi romantic-thriller, called Punch, starring alongside Niloy Alamgir. The film's plot, dialogues and screenplay have been written by Mominul Haque and Kaushik Sankar Das. Meghla Mukta said, "The shooting for this film will begin in March. Kaushik Sankar Das will be directing the film. The storyline really spoke to me, and I'm hoping that we will be able to make something amazing."

‘Gondi’ actor Aparna Ghose is a dear face in the entertainment industy, and till date, has managed to offer her fans with quite a few memorable roles. She began her journey into acting through theatre in Chittagong and still is an active thespian for ‘Nandikar’ theatre troupe.
