🎯 Key Responsibilities
-Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages, visa services, and other travel-related products.
-Generate new sales leads through online and offline marketing activities.
-Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a professional and timely manner.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
-Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
-Coordinate with the Operations and Visa Team to ensure smooth customer service.
-Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, travel fairs, and marketing events.
-Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records in an organized manner.
-Stay updated with travel destinations, visa requirements, and company products.
✅ Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales & Marketing (experience in the travel industry will be given preference).
-Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English.
-Good knowledge of Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.
-Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
⭐ Preferred Candidates
-Candidates with experience in a Travel Agency, OTA, Visa Consultancy, or Hospitality Industry.
-Experience in Facebook marketing, customer handling, or travel sales will be considered an added advantage.
