Senior Executive
Business Development - Development Communication
Job Responsibilities:
1. To develop a relationship with the organization and maintain the relationship through different initiatives set by the company.
2. To explore and create opportunities by contacting them on a regular basis.
3. To create and maintain the database of the clients and proposal submitted for the projects
4. To develop the profiles of the key members assigned for the projects.
5. Categorize the projects under different topics and develop the portfolio of the projects once it is completed.
6. Maintain the designated google sheet for all the project submissions, client information, portfolio development, and consultant information.
7. Maintain the folders for keeping the brand and project assets for future use.
8. Develop and maintain the social media presence of Beatnik by maintaining the brand guideline set by the companies.
9. Develop the articles for the website and maintain a smooth flow of content on the website
10. Prepare and submit the proposals assigned to you by the top management.
11. Take the responsibility of completing the project from the start if the project team is already overloaded with other projects.
Qualification Requirements
• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant subject from a reputed university.
• 2-4 years of working experience in development sector/projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at hand and deliver within deadline.
• Excellent in planning, presentation and collaborating.
• Fluent in Bangla and English (Both speaking and writing).
• Excellent business communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suit (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
• Openness to learn new things.
Job Remuneration & Employment
• The selected candidate will be employed on a 6-month probation period.
• After the successful completion of the probation period, a one-year contract will be awarded.
• Salary Range: Negotiable.
