Senior Executive
Business Development - Development Communication

Job Responsibilities:
1. To develop a relationship with the organization and maintain the relationship through different initiatives set by the company.
2. To explore and create opportunities by contacting them on a regular basis.
3. To create and maintain the database of the clients and proposal submitted for the projects
4. To develop the profiles of the key members assigned for the projects.
5. Categorize the projects under different topics and develop the portfolio of the projects once it is completed.
6. Maintain the designated google sheet for all the project submissions, client information, portfolio development, and consultant information.
7. Maintain the folders for keeping the brand and project assets for future use.
8. Develop and maintain the social media presence of Beatnik by maintaining the brand guideline set by the companies.
9. Develop the articles for the website and maintain a smooth flow of content on the website
10. Prepare and submit the proposals assigned to you by the top management.
11. Take the responsibility of completing the project from the start if the project team is already overloaded with other projects.

Qualification Requirements
• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant subject from a reputed university.
• 2-4 years of working experience in development sector/projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at hand and deliver within deadline.
• Excellent in planning, presentation and collaborating.
• Fluent in Bangla and English (Both speaking and writing).
• Excellent business communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suit (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
• Openness to learn new things.

Job Remuneration & Employment
• The selected candidate will be employed on a 6-month probation period.
• After the successful completion of the probation period, a one-year contract will be awarded.
• Salary Range: Negotiable.

Other job facilities include:
• Free lunch and evening snacks.
• Two Festival Bonuses (After successful completion of Probation Period).
• 20 Days of Privilege and Sick Leave (After completing the Probation Period).
• Regular in house and external training sessions.

The Creative Powerhouse

Established in 2013, with four passionate and creative minds collectively on the drivers’ seat, the main goal of Beatnik has always been to be the one-stop solution for client needs and requirements regarding communications and designs.

Initially led by Walid Khan and Mufrad Chowdhury, the inspired journey was soon joined by Abir Mazumdar and Andalib Kabir as the 4-person squad set up their first office on the rooftop of a residential building. It was not long before Beatnik established a remarkable marketing trend with its first client, George’s Cafe. This, along with other successes, led to Beatnik set up its official workplace in Mohakhali DOHS where currently 50+ brilliant minds work efficiently everyday.

Over time, the breadth of services increased. From a single company, Beatnik transformed into Beatnik Designs, Beatnik Technology and formed Beatnik Digital Limited. The sole focus of Beatnik Designs has been on design services, packaging artwork development and UI & UX development for websites, apps and software. On the other hand, Beatnik Technology is responsible for developing well designed tech solutions for firms locally and internationally.

From a small group of 4 to a big team of 50+ aspiring individuals, Beatnik has successfully anchored itself in the creative marketplace of Bangladesh. With Beatnik, we make sure our clients are always provided with the best of what they require.
