Mikey Leung and Shahadat Hossain, will be judging the photos in the Landscape and Life sections over the next few days. Mikey is also running, among other things, the brilliant Positive Light photography competition. Have a look at the competition photos linked above and be prepared to be a judge yourself. Some fantastic photos make it hard to pick the best! Take a look!

Crowdsourced Travel is produced in partnership with the British Council Bangladesh (www.britishcouncil.org/bangladesh.htm)
Gold Sponsor: Experience Bangladesh (www.experiencebangladesh.com)
Silver Sponsor: Classic Tours (www.classictours-bd.com)

We need your help! We've put together the top 100 photos from the Positive Light photography contest (http://photography.crowdsourced.travel/) and now it's your turn to help us choose a winner for the People's Choice award.

The winner will receive a cash prize of Tk6,000 (or about US$75).

RULES:
1) Voters can "Like" as many photos as they choose, but we recommend choosing their top 10 photos.
2) The winner will be decided on which photo has the most 'social reach' by using a combination of Facebook "shares," "Likes" or comments.
3) A winner and two runner ups will be selected on Friday 1 March 2012 by the Crowdsourced Travel team.

If you have any more questions about the contest please comment. Otherwise, check out the photos and place your votes, and then share with your friend and ask them to vote too!

We have been trying to get through your photos and it is now the turn of the fashion judges to have their say on the photos they want to appear in the ISD photo exhibition. Maheen Khan is one of our judges and she will be doing her best today to find the magic!

Micah would be horrified to find that a Photo Editor's photo has been so badly Photoshopped! We were in a hurry for an article in an ISD publication about this competition and so this just had to do. The photo was taken when Micah went on a henna photo shoot with Shahadat Hossain last week. Having sat in on a number of Micah's classes at ISD I know he was looking for mostly natural and untouched images for his selection of photos. Oh well.

Micah Rubin is a New York based photographer who, until 2011, worked as Photo Editor at Cosmopolitan Magazine. His passion for storytelling and creating beautiful imagery has finally led him to Dhaka amid a four month adventure traveling throughout Asia. Last week Micah ran a number of workshops for ISD students (and staff) and he has now given his feedback on all the photos submitted to our competition. He has picked just 20 photos he thinks are outstanding. Congratulations if one of your photos was selected by Micah, you will have been notified!
