GoBDgo announces Debut of Halal Tourism for Bangladeshi Travelers
GoBdgo launched their new brand “go halal” to serve halal travel packages to Muslim travelers, the first of its kind in Bangladesh. Cemal Ceylan, Charge d' Affaires, Embassy of Republic of Turkey unveiled the logo along with Mrs Jebunnesa Chowdhury, Managing Director, Go BD Go Limited.
Halal Tourism constructed to meet the needs and use of halal tourism products in the newly emerging Halal market over the world. “All our tours are carefully designed keeping in view the Islamic religious requirements of our customers and we are the first company in Bangladesh to provide Halal tours” said Jebunnesa Chowdhury, Managing Director, Go BD Go Limited.
Halal Holiday is a new product in the tourism industry providing full holiday services in accordance with Islamic beliefs and practices. The concept of halal, meaning permissible in Arabic, is not just being applied to food, but it includes any Shari’ah compliant activities. “Halal food, prayer breaks, segregated swimming pools for male and female, Qibla direction in hotel rooms, covering destination of Islamic interests etc. are the elements of Halal Tourism” – added Mrs Chowdhury.
