SYNERGY SOLUTIONS is hiring Customer Relationship Officers (Night Shift)
Location: 28, Main Road 1, Senpara Parbata, Section 10, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Position: Customer Relationship Officer
Job Nature: Full-Time
Office Hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Weekend: 2 days (Saturday & Sunday)
▶ Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary - 20,000 - 25,000 BDT
• Performance Bonus
• Transportation Allowance or Pickup & drop-off

▶ Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Sell services / products over the phone as per the instructions provided.
• Record all conversations in our call center database in a clear and accurate manner.
• Meet personal / team quality and quantity targets.
▶ Qualifications & Requirements:
• O Level, A Level, HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) (Other relevant department)
• Undergraduate students with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in USA & Canada
• Professional, courteous and proficient in phone etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in call centers, telemarketing or a similar role will be preferred.
▶ Experience:
• 1 year of experience in a relevant field will be preferred. However, freshers with dedication to work are also welcome to apply.
