Subject: Travel Instructions for Passengers Traveling to Pakistan, Maldives, Uzbekistan, and ASEAN Destinations on Batik Air with Visitor/Tourist Visa or e-Visa

Dear Valued Partners,

This is to inform all travel agents and passengers wishing to travel from Dhaka on Batik Air flights to Pakistan (KHI & LHE), Maldives(MLE), Uzbekistan(TAS), and ASEAN destinations with a Visitor/Tourist Visa or e-Visa that the following travel requirements must be strictly adhered to:

Single Round-Trip Ticket Requirement:
Passengers must ensure that their journey is booked on a single round-trip ticket with Batik Air. Separate tickets on different PNRs or with other airlines will not be accepted at the check-in counter.
Single PNR and Return Ticket:
Tickets must be booked under one PNR, and the passenger must hold a valid return ticket for the entire journey.
Hotel Booking and Proof of Funds & travel documents:
Passengers must carry a valid travel documents, hotel booking and show proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay upon request during check-in or upon arrival at their destination.
Please ensure that these requirements are communicated to all passengers to avoid any last-minute issues at the airport. Failure to meet the conditions mentioned above will result in denial of boarding.
