Job Description:
As a Recruiting/Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent from around the world. Your expertise in foreign recruitment and visa ticket sales will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce. In addition, your exceptional communication skills and a good vocal range will be essential in representing our company and building strong relationships with prospective candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and recruit qualified candidates from foreign markets.
- Create compelling job advertisements and marketing campaigns to promote our company and available opportunities.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, screenings, and background checks, to ensure a high caliber of talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide guidance on the selection process.
- Keep up-to-date with immigration laws, visa requirements, and other relevant regulations to provide accurate information and guidance to candidates.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruiting and marketing, with a focus on foreign recruitment and/or visa ticket sales.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting talent from international markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a good vocal range and the ability to engage and influence candidates.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa processes, and regulations related to foreign recruitment.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent education and experience.
