The itinerary of Katmandu & Pokhara

Day 1: After arrive in Trivuban International Airport Katmandu, meet and greet by our representative and soon left for hotel from airport by car. Check in the hotel. After check in you just freshen and take some rest. Then get prepared youself enjoying the colorful life of Katmandu stay overnight.
Within 8 to 9 am you just take your breakfast in the hotel own food court. and then make up yourself for the most exciting part of your travel that is escape for half day city tour, the most exciting places you will visits are ;Katmandu Durbur square, Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the important historic and tourist destinations in Nepal. This massive complex is home to palaces, temples and courtyards. The original center of Kathmandu is often named as Basantapur, Hanuman Dhoka or Durbar Square all denoting the same location. Kathmandu Durbar square has various historical royal and governmental institutions mixed with temples of different styles and ages. It may seem a little bit crowded with lots of buildings and temples built around on a very small area.This important historical attraction has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and you will certainly want to include a tour of the area in the itinerary.here you visit Kathmandu's Durbar Square is the site of the Hanuman Dhoka Palace Complex, which was the royal Nepalese residence until the 19th century and where important ceremonies, such as the coronation of the Nepalese monarch, still take place today. The palace is decorated with elaborately-carved wooden windows and panels and houses the King Tribhuwan Memorial Museum and the Mahendra Museum. It is possible to visit the state rooms inside the palace.

Time and again the temples and the palaces in the square have gone through reconstruction after being damaged by natural causes or neglect. Presently there are less than ten quadrangles in the square. The temples are being preserved as national heritage sites and the palace is being used as a museum. Only a few parts of the palace are open for visitors and the Taleju temples are only open for people of Hindu and Buddhist faiths.At the southern end of Durbar Square is one of the most curious attractions in Nepal, the Kumari Chowk. This gilded cage contains the Raj Kumari, a girl chosen through an ancient and mystical selection process to become the human incarnation of the Hindu mother goddess, Durga. She is worshiped during religious festivals and makes public appearances at other times for a fee paid to her guards.
Then you will visit another UNESCO world heritage called Boudha Nath Stupa.One of the oldest and the biggest Buddhist monument ever built in the Himalayan Kingdom it is 36m high. The stupa is unique with its three levels, mandala style, platforms. The structural features of the stupa are somewhat similar to the Swayambhunath stupa. It was built around the 5th century A.D. Mecca is to the Muslims, this Boudhanath Stupa is for Tibetan Buddhists. Every year thousands of pilgrims flock here from all over the Himalayan region. During the Buddhist festivals, listed with Swayambhunath above, pilgrims gather to celebrate with great reverence to all Buddhist deities. After tour you will bring to the hotel, and up to night you are free to escape and enjoy your own free leisure by roaming and shopping; watching the night life of Katmandu, and stay overnight.
Day 2: After taking the buffet breakfast get prepared for your pokhara tour. You will transfer to pokhara by Ac tourist bus. On the way have your lunch. Arrival & transfer to pkhara hotel. Get freshen & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: After taking the buffet breakfast within 6 am in the hotel own food lounge. Then after breakfast you just take your necessary things and make up yourself for another amazing escape to the land of paradise Pokhera. Within 7 am the tourist bus will depart from Katmandu to Pokhera. So you will need to hurry to ride. You need maximum 7 hours to arrive in Pokhera.You will see the Himalaya range and scenic beauty of hill, waterfall, Nepal village life and stunning beauty of Nepal through the bus. Pokhera is full of life and excitement, and marvelous shopping paradise.

After arrive in hotel will need to check in the hotel room.Fist get freshen then you are free for outing as per your own choice, such as you may shop or watch the scenic beauty of Pokhera, visit in the Fewa lake and can take the boat to ride over the fewa lake and also watch the people of different country meet in a same place. Then stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 4: After taking the buffet breakfast at 6 am in the hotel own food lounge, you have to check out from hotel as per return tourist bus time. Please note that you need maximum 7 hours for return back in Katmandu from Pokhera. After reach in Katmandu again you check in the same hotel and take some rest. Then up to night you are free to perform your own leisure as per your choice and stay overnight.

Day 5: After taking the buffet breakfast within 8 to 9 am in the hotel own food lounge, you have free time for last time shopping until time for Check out within 11am. After check out you will transfer to The Trivuban international Airport. Then take the flight and return back to Dhaka.
