আগামী ২ নভেম্বর, ২০২০, থেকে চীনা নাগরিকসহ চীনগামী সকল বিমানযাত্রীগণকে বিমানবন্দরে বোর্ডিংয়ের পূর্ববর্তী ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে যথাক্রমে নিম্নোক্ত দুটি টেস্ট এজেন্সির উভয়টিতে অবশ্যই ডাবল নিউক্লিক এসিড পরীক্ষা করার মাধ্যমে নেতিবাচক ফলাফল প্রাপ্ত হতে হবে:

চীনা যাত্রীদের জন্য:
চীনা দূতাবাস কর্তৃক যাচাইয়ের জন্য অনুগ্রহপূর্বক পাসপোর্ট অনুলিপির স্বাস্থ্য কোড অ্যাপের ফটোগুলো এবং নেতিবাচক নিউক্লিক অ্যাসিড পরীক্ষার নেতিবাচক ফলাফলগুলো উইচ্যাটে আপলোড করুন। দূতাবাস কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত হলে “এইচএস” চিহ্নসহ একটি সবুজ স্বাস্থ্য কোড প্রদান করা হবে। সবুজ কোডটি বিমান বন্দরে বোর্ডিংয়ের পূর্বে এয়ারলাইন্স কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে উপস্থাপন করতে হবে।
বিদেশী যাত্রীদের জন্য:
অনুগ্রহ করে, নিউক্লিক অ্যাসিড পরীক্ষার নেতিবাচক ফলাফলগুলো, পাসপোর্টের তথ্য পৃষ্ঠা, এবং স্বাক্ষরিত স্বাস্থ্য ঘোষণা ফর্মের (দয়া করে সংযুক্ত নমুনা ফর্মটি দেখুন) স্ক্যানকৃত কপিগুলো চীনা দূতাবাসের মেইলবক্সে ([email protected]) ইমেল করুন। অনুমোদিত হলে দূতাবাস প্রত্যয়িত স্বাস্থ্য ঘোষণা ফর্মটি ছাপ দিয়ে যাত্রীদের কাছে ফেরত পাঠাবে। যাত্রীদেরকে উক্ত ফর্মটি প্রিন্ট করে বিমান বন্দরে বোর্ডিংয়ের পূর্বে এয়ারলাইন্স কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে উপস্থাপন করার জন্য পরামর্শ দেয়া হলো।
Important Notice
Starting from November 2, 2020, passengers including Chinese citizens bound for China by flight are required to go through DOUBLE Nucleic acid tests RESPECTIVELY in both following test agencies within 48 hours before boarding and obtain negative test results:

For Chinese passengers:
Please upload to the WeChat Health Code app photos of passport copy and negative nucleic acid tests results, to be verified by the Chinese Embassy. A green health code with the “HS” mark will be issued by the Embassy if approved. The green code has to be presented to the airlines authority before boarding.
For Foreign Passengers:
Please email the scanned copies of the negative nucleic acid tests results along with passport information page and the signed Health Declaration Form (please see the attached sample form) to the Chinese Embassy mailbox ([email protected]). The Embassy will stamp the certified Health Declaration Form back to the passenger if approved. Passengers are advised to print the form and present the form to the airlines authorities before boarding.
