‼️ The worst service ever ft Kettle Cafe‼️

❌ Their AC wasn’t working at all.

❌Milkshakes were unavailable, and the one that was available tasted terrible and was at room temperature.

❌The knife they gave us looked like it was 10 years old.

❌One of the packages included a waffle, but they said waffles were not available.

❌Another package included rice, but before we even ordered, they told us it would take time—clearly trying to discourage us from choosing that one.

I won’t complain about the food because this was a 650 taka combo package, so obviously expectations should be reasonable. But ora thik moton package er shob diteo partesilo na.

They kept saying, “Sorry, rush er jonno sesh hoye gese”—but honestly, we didn’t see any rush at all. 🙂

🚫We went there after watching a food vlogger’s video, but after visiting, it really felt like a paid review.
I won’t mention the vlogger’s name, but you can easily find it—there’s only one person who made a vlog with a high followers about this restaurant.

Never going back there. 👎🏽
