All of your booked meals and activities are added to an itinerary accessible by the entire group. Everyone in your Batch can see the scheduled times and locations for each event. Real time updates can be sent to the group via push notifications, so if happy hour gets pushed from 6PM to 7PM, everyone will be alerted without having to send numerous texts and without the risk of forgetting someone. You can add custom events to this itinerary as well, such as "Jessica's flight arrives at LAX," "Dinner at Jeff's cousin's condo," or "Walk through Central Park."
