মধ্যপ্রাচ্যগামী যাত্রীদের জন্য বিমানের জরুরি নির্দেশনা
মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের বর্তমান অস্থিতিশীল নিরাপত্তা পরিস্থিতির প্রেক্ষাপটে এক জরুরি সিদ্ধান্তে দাম্মাম, জেদ্দা, মদিনা, রিয়াদ, শারজাহ, আবুধাবি, দুবাই ও কুয়েতসহ এই অঞ্চলের সব গন্তব্যে বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইনসের সব ফ্লাইট পরবর্তী নির্দেশ না দেয়া পর্যন্ত স্থগিত করা হয়েছে।
শনিবার (২৮ ফেব্রুয়ারি) বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইনসের জনসংযোগ শাখা থেকে প্রকাশিত এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এই তথ্য নিশ্চিত করা হয়েছে। বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে উল্লেখ করা হয়, উদ্ভূত পরিস্থিতিতে যাত্রীদের নিরাপত্তা ও সুরক্ষাকে সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার দিয়ে এই সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে।
যাত্রীদের প্রতি বিশেষ নির্দেশনা:

উক্ত গন্তব্যসমূহের যাত্রীদের পরবর্তী ঘোষণা না আসা পর্যন্ত বিমানবন্দরে ভিড় না করতে বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে।

এ ছাড়া ফ্লাইটের আপডেট এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্যের জন্য যাত্রীদের বিমানের কল সেন্টার নম্বর ১৩৬৩৬-এ যোগাযোগ করতে বলা হয়েছে।

বিমানের মহাব্যবস্থাপক (জনসংযোগ) স্বাক্ষরিত এই বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে আরও বলা হয়, ‘অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত এই পরিস্থিতির জন্য আমরা সম্মানিত যাত্রীদের কাছে আন্তরিকভাবে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করছি। আমরা নিবিড়ভাবে পরিস্থিতি পর্যবেক্ষণ করছি এবং যে কোনো নতুন আপডেট যথাসময়ে সব মাধ্যমকে অবহিত করা হবে।’
