Call for models. On June 2nd and June 3rd SHOW2017 takes place. On May 23rd/24th there is a casting for female and male models. Female models min.1.75, size 36, male models min.1.82, size 46/48. Casting is from 9.30 am till 5 pm at the Fashion Department, Nationalestraat 28, 5th floor.

Discover the stories behind the collections of the masters in fashion.
At EXPO2017 you get an interesting insight into the artistic process of the 18 master students. You can take a closer look at the silhouettes and explore each master’s collection in detail. Which results in a different perspective of these collections on the catwalk of the graduation show.

The Fashion Department of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts was founded in Antwerp in 1963. In the early years, the academy mainly focused on fine arts but under the guidance of Mary Prijot and Marthe Van Leemput, it quickly grew into a full-fledged fashion education.

Ann Salens is considered as an important precursor of the Antwerp 6.
