The Cardo Hotel in Brussels served as the home base for 280 employees from one of France’s leading construction companies during their annual meeting, from where their full activity day started which Incoming - DMC organized.

We privatised among other the Magritte Museum and the Belgian Comic Strip Museum, and gave participants the chance to get creative with chocolate. For those seeking a more active experience, we proposed more actove activities.

The result? A day full of energy, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Nous avons notamment privatisé le Musée Magritte et le Centre Belge de la Bande Dessinée, et offert aux participants la possibilité de s’exprimer autour du chocolat. Pour ceux qui souhaitaient une expérience plus active, nous avons proposé des activités dynamiques.

Le résultat ? Une journée remplie d’énergie, de rires et de moments inoubliables.

Two different groups of firefighters from Switzerland flew in from Geneva to Brussels for a 4 night incentive.

One group stayed in Brussels while the other explored Ghent, Bruges, and wrapped up their journey with a final night in Antwerp.

Both groups wrapped up their journeys in style: one with a lively evening at Brasserie Surrealist in Brussels, the other at The Villa in Antwerp. A perfect ending filled with laughter, connection, and shared memories.

A heartfelt thank you to the Brussels Fire Brigade – and especially the largest station at Avenue de l’Héliport for the warm welcome and for hosting our groups.

An Unforgettable Journey!

A group of 40 students from a private school in Dubai just completed an incredible 9-day educational and cultural tour through Belgium and France!

The adventure kicked off in Brussels, where they spent the first three days exploring the city’s highlights. From the magical Mini-Europe to a delicious Belgian waffle workshop, and many other fun and enriching activities, the students got a true taste of Belgian culture. They stayed at the comfortable and centrally located Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre—a perfect start to their journey.

Next, they headed to the Eurospace Center, where they spent three nights immersed in the thrilling world of space and science. From astronaut training simulations to hands-on workshops, it was an experience that inspired curiosity and teamwork like never before.

The final leg of the trip took them to the heart of Paris for another three exciting days. Iconic sights like the Eiffel Tower, Seine River, and Champs-Élysées were just a few highlights. Their stay at the elegant Novotel Tour Eiffel offered comfort and amazing views right near the city’s most famous landmarks.

From logistics to lodging, activities to adventure—Mpbenelux flawlessly organized every detail from A to Z, making this journey smooth, safe, and truly unforgettable.

An amazing blend of learning, fun, and cultural discovery that these students will remember for a lifetime!

Their mission? Soak up the beauty of the Royal Greenhouses of Laeken, stroll through the magical Park of Beervelde, and discover some of our country’s most charming green corners.

We were thrilled to organize a unique 7-day trip for a group of 40 students from an exclusive California-based business school!
