Calpe's rich fishing heritage is evident in its bustling harbor, where fishermen return at dusk to sell their fresh catch at the daily auction. Even non-locals can participate in this unique experience!

This stunning 130m² corner apartment, brimming with natural light, is situated on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator. The 24m² terrace boasts breathtaking views of the marina and features retractable glass panels, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer.
A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located on the outdoor terrace adjacent to the kitchen.
The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV and air conditioning.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment.
