🌼 As the high season wraps up, I’m looking back on the unforgettable experiences we’ve shared in Brussels these past months.
🏛️ This city is full of contrast — grand and historic, yet still a cozy village at heart. That’s what I love most: sharing real, local, soulful moments that feel like time travel.
🍺 One experience always stands out: visiting Cantillon Brewery.
More than a brewery — it’s a living piece of history.
The last traditional brewery in Brussels, family-run for generations.
Still brewing Lambic the ancient way: wild, patient, purposeful.
🎙️ I was lucky to be present at one of Jean-Pierre’s last interviews — where he paid tribute to the women of the family. His wife and daughters have always been at the heart of the brewery’s story.
💎 A diamond in the coal mine. A rare treasure that survived untouched by time.
Not a beer fan? You don’t need to be.
This is beer before industrialisation — pure, wild, full of character.
👉 You might forget the conference.
👉 You might forget the guide.
👉 You might forget who you were with.
👌 But you’ll remember Cantillon.
