Do you know what our clients can expect of our small beer book handed with our beerbox?

Beer calendar, foundation, tasting experience, highlights of beer/brewery and to end with the food pairing and a variant beer suggestion.

For the food pairing of Crabbelaer we chose for dried coconut. Here we found two similar flavours: both very refreshing. Good to avoid any flavour that dominates the other one. The bitterness of Crabbelaer is very good balanced with the strong flavour of the coconut.
Curious what food pairing we are suggestion for our sour beer? and what about the one of 15% alcohol?
