The Brave Rescue Dog

In Flanders Fields, through mud and rain,
A rescue dog searched through fear and pain.
With bandages and water by his side,
He found the wounded where they hid.

He ran back fast to lead the way,
To help the soldiers save the day.
And when a wounded man could not go on,
The faithful dog stayed by him until dawn.

And gave their all through fear and pain.
