2025. Looking back, slowly.

This year was not loud. It did not rush. It unfolded quietly, step by step. And yet it changed everything.

2025 was the beginning of .eu . The year an idea turned into something real. Months of preparation, building a brand, long days and nights filled with choices, doubts, excitement. Time spent travelling through Italy, not as a tourist, but as a listener. Sitting at kitchen tables, walking through vineyards, meeting the most generous local partners. Some encounters were planned, others completely unexpected. Many of them turned into collaborations I could never have imagined at the start 🫶🏼

Honestly? There were moments when I truly felt like nothing was happening. When progress felt invisible. When I wondered if I was moving fast enough, if I was doing well enough…

And then I look back now. And I see it.
What a year.
What growth.
What courage.

Because all of that quiet work is now ready to bloom.

In 2026, Ciao Giulia steps fully into the world. The launch of our very first Tasty Tuscany small group trips. The release of my first digital slow travel guide, Val d’Orcia. An exclusive art retreat in an authentic borgo. And a new destination that we will share very soon.

2025 showed me that slow does not mean stagnant. That roots grow quietly. And that sometimes you only see how far you have come when you pause and look back.

Here’s to everything that was planted in 2025.
And to letting it grow, gently, in 2026.
