The European Coaster Club is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes the enjoyment of riding roller coasters, as well as visiting amusement and theme parks. The Club was formed in 1996 and the First Drop magazine dates back to 1988. We have around 1900 members from around Europe and the world, including corporate members that represent almost every major theme park operator and roller-coaster

manufacturer. The Club was founded by Justin Garvanovic, and has Clare Wappat as its Chairman. The Club is UK-based, although run by a World-wide team, with representatives in many countries who all work to provide the best in Coaster Enthusiast trips.

Fuego Coaster Fiesta is open for booking!

European Coaster Club is excited for its first ever trip to Guatemala & Mexico. The tour is sure to be memorable, and will include some cultural highlights as well as plenty of coasters over the 2.5 weeks as we will journey through lands with ancient history, dramatic landscapes, and memorable food.

8-24 April, 2027 | 16 nights | 2 countries

Targeting 50+ coasters at 25+ parks, including:

Mundo Petapa, Xejuyup & Xetulul, Six Flags Mexico, Parque Urbano (Aztlan Feria de Chapultepec), Parque Bicentenario, Parque La Selva, Feria San Marcos, BON Luxury Theme Park, Selva Magica, Kataplum, and more!

Plus visiting some of the world's most incredible cultural sites:

Antigua - UNESCO World Heritage Site; picturesque colonial city with cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and views of surrounding volcanoes.

Lake Atitlán – One of the world's most beautiful lakes, ringed by volcanoes and traditional Mayan villages.

Teotihuacán - One of Mexico's most remarkable archaeological sites, including The Pyramid of the Sun – One of the largest pyramids in the world.

When the news broke out that ArieForce One was closing our members said "Challenge accepted"! 💪 It was time to get the credit or get one last ride in! Many travelled thousands of miles from different continents or added in logistically questionable day trips with little sleep to get a ride in! The coaster enthusiast community is a dedicated community that loves a coaster-related challenge and these guys really followed through! Great work everyone and farewell ArieForce One! 🇺🇸✈️

Press release: Tivoli Gardens

Step into Hiraki this August, Tivoli Gardens’ brand new reimagined area home to the iconic B&M floorless coaster Demon, and two all new rides; Hotel Hikari, an immersive interactive experience, and Typhoon’s Eye, a Rotor style attraction sure to leave your head in a spin!

After 2 years of renovations, Tivoli Garden’s is preparing to unveil the redesigned Asia themed area of the park to Hiraki, a Japanese city unlike any other. Expect stunning theming, iconic lighting, and new world class experiences as you take to the Japanese streetscape brought to live through the creative lens of the minds at Tivoli Gardens.

Hiraki is expected to open in mid August, and we are excited to chow down on some of the new themed snacks coming to the area, explore the new attractions, and to take to the streets of Hiraki!

CEO of Tivoli Gardens, Susanne Mørch Koch, has given a statement on the importance of reinvesting profits into the parks to continually improve their offering, saying:

"The strong financial results achieved by Tivoli Gardens in recent years have given us the opportunity to invest even more ambitiously in the future of the Gardens. We are therefore delighted to unveil Hikari, a truly visionary new area.”

If you would like to attend any of the parks on a day-by-day basis, please make your booking as soon as possible. The final attendance numbers will be submitted to the parks next week.

Day 6 and the Final Mission : Linnanmäki. The day started with 2 groups split between Vuoristorata & Taiga, both with back stage tours. Time to ride when the park opened. We had a group lunch followed by more riding. What a great way to finish the mission.
