Kurt Plasschaert handbuilt guitars and repairs Creating acoustic and electric guitars with attention to details. Guitar reparation and setups. so a explorer model was built out of plywood,beech and oak.

The early days started mid-eighties, like so many guitarbuilders ; low on cash/high desire for guitar. The adventures continued late 90's with the upcoming info on the internet which was a revelation for me. this resulted in 5 or 6 instruments. A hobby turned into passion by taking guitarbuilding courses for Classical guitar building and folk guitarbuilding with guidance from Kurt Decorte and Marc

dewaey at syntrawest in Bruges. since then the passion for guitarbuilding has just increased and since 2016 I build and repair guitars as a side job.
