Today we are thrilled to announce that Achilles Design and Studio Dott. are merging to become Dott Achilles. A new cross-disciplinary design & engineering studio. 🍾

We have known Studio Dott. for a long time, as industry peers who speak the same language, cherish the same culture and pursue the same aspirations. Our complementary skills enable us to serve our customers even better in terms of design and innovation.

We are looking forward to dive into this new chapter, together! 💪

Last weekend, around 40,000 cycling enthusiasts and professionals visited Velofollies at Kortrijk Xpo. 🚴‍♂️ The Achilles Design bicycle design team saw a lot of interesting designs and noticed 2 important things:

• Many bicycles are identical underneath the paint
At first glance there was a wide range of brands and models, but it soon became clear who turned to which Asian OEM partner. Fortunately, there are a few Belgian and European brands that still firmly choose a brand identity that stands out from the crowd. ✨

• The public wants innovation
According to many 2024 will undoubtedly be another difficult year with a lot of overstock and little innovation. Yet, we noticed a broad and enthusiastic audience looking for new and exciting things in the cycling world. So, anyone who dares to start innovating now, will be recognised (and rewarded) as a relevant player in 2025 and 2026. 💡
