Last Monday, we completed the Graspop Metal Meeting. Over three different stages, we provided 4 days long for a 60.000 audience around 100 Adamson and D&B line array cabinets, 60 subwoofers, 36 floormonitors, and numerous Lab Gruppen, D&B and Powersoft amplifiers. &B

The festival season has definitely started. Festival Special with Simon, Michael Schack, Tourist LeMC and the Hukkelf**kers. Immediately followed by the three day festival Goezot int Hofke, with Triggerfinger, JD Mc Pherson, Axel Red and many more. Next stop Graspop Metal Meeting

What have we been doing lately? Besides a load of concerts, the festival season has started. Reconstruction fest was one of our first outdoor activities, headlined by punkrockers Pennywise. We provided a 18 box Adamson S10 system, supported by KO S18 subwoofers. Consoles were Yamaha DM7EX and Midas PRO2 at monitors.

Café De Zwarte Ruiter celibrated its 25 year existence, with 3 days full of live bands, DJ’s and lots of drinks. KO-sound supplied the audio for the outdoor stage.

We are currently replacing our Yamaha ampracks by 4 channel Powersoft T904. Although the Yamaha's proved to be a very reliable power source the past years, we went for the Powersofts internal processing, and having twice the power in half the size and less than half the weight.

Last week-end, we provided mixing consoles, speakers, monitors and much more for five of the six stages of the anual We Are Open festival in Trix. We Are Open is a showcase festival for upcoming Belgian bands.

Thor Park Live and Afro Latino are a double festival at the same location. The first 2 days hosts top Belgian and Dutch bands like Clouseau, Metejoor, Natalia, Direct, Suzan & Freek and Chef’s Special. As the name suggests, Afro Latino has some Latin, African and reggae bands on the bill, like Gente de Zona, Sean Paul, Sergent Garcia and UB40.
KO-sound provided an 2x 16 Adamson array augmented by 28x KO S18 subs, all powered by Lab Gruppen amps. Consoles were Digico SD10 and SD12. For the Afro Latino part, KO brought in additional Yamaha CL5 and CL3 consoles, 14x F15 bi-amp wedges and 14x Sennheiser IEM systems
